Vice President of Connections

Jackson is a junior from South Jordan, UT, double majoring in Middle East Studies and Arabic. Before joining the board he volunteered in several capacities on more than half of Student Alumni’s events, building a passion for connecting to people and connecting others to what they might need to find. Serving as the Vice President of Connections and formerly with the BYU Management Society, his expertise lies in logistics and planning. He is passionate about refining workflows and creating the best possible experience for the people both planning and enjoying the event.

As the first BYU student in his family since the 1970s, Jackson doubles down on the school spirit, leaving football games without a voice but more energy than when the game began. He is involved across campus as he completes an Area Studies major, doing his best to learn all there is to know about the wide world beyond. Looking ahead, he plans to bring that energy to work in the US government after attending law school. He is very excited to serve as Vice President of Connections on this year’s Student Alumni Executive Board and hopes to build a legacy of growth, energy, and satisfaction in all his events.
