Hike & Light the Y

Booth Volunteer

Booth volunteers will staff tables in the Wilkinson Center to promote Hike and Light the Y, sharing event details, answering questions, and encouraging students to participate. Volunteers should be friendly, approachable, and ready to create excitement for this fun BYU tradition.

Shift 1 (3:40pm-7:00pm)

We need:
QR code helpers
Hand stampers/waiver checkers
Group waiting area directors
Instagram Inviter
Flashlight/Glowstick Giver (at the Y)
Van Unloaders at the Y
Side by Side Protector

Shift 2 (6:30pm-10:00pm)

We need:
Line managers
Van Loaders at top of Y
Food Tables

Van Driver

We are looking for responsible van drivers who can complete the required training and help shuttle students from the Wilkinson Center roundabout to the Y Trailhead.
