COUGSTIVAL

Cougstival is a service-themed scavenger hunt across BYU campus from November 8-15, 2025. Our goal is to connect students, alumni, and the campus community through service.

2. Starting on November 8th, with the college day-of-service, complete as many service quests as possible for points.

3. The more points you earn, the more chances you have to win prizes!*

How to Win Prizes
To qualify, you must:

• Download Goosechase and join Cougstival 
• Complete at least one mission
• Be a current BYU student 

Daily Prizes
Two types of daily prizes will be awarded:

1. Random Daily Prizes
Complete three or more missions in a single day to qualify for that day’s prize.

• Example: 3 missions on Monday = eligible for Monday’s prize.
• One mission per day (Mon–Wed) does not qualify. 
  Winners will be notified via email or Goosechase broadcast, with pickup details sent the next day. 

2. Top Point Prizes
Awarded to the top 3 participants with the highest point totals each day.

• Ties will be decided through a BYU Kahoot challenge. 

Notes:

• Completing too many quests early (e.g., 80 of 150) can reduce chances later in the week, so consider spacing out your quests. 
• Invalid photo submissions may result in point removal and ineligibility for prizes. 

Grand Prizes

• Total points from Saturday to Saturday determine the top 3 winners.
• Cougstival ends November 15 at 2:00 p.m. No points can be earned after that time.
• Ties will be broken with a simultaneous tiebreaker challenge. 
• Winners choose prizes in order: 
  1st picks first → 2nd chooses next → 3rd receives the remaining prize. 
• Winners will be contacted via email or Goosechase and can pick up prizes after Cougstival week.
